At PRETAVOIR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury eyewear, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all frames and sunglasses. Please ensure items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Pack Securely

  Place the eyewear back in its original designer case and shipping box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
