Yes, every product we sell is 100% authentic. We are authorized retailers for all the luxury brands listed on our site and each frame is shipped with its original designer case, cleaning cloth, and certificates of authenticity.

Do you offer international shipping?

We provide worldwide shipping to over 100 countries. Delivery times vary by location, but most international orders arrive within 3-7 business days via our premium courier partners.

Can I add my prescription to designer frames?

Absolutely. Our in-house optical lab can fit high-quality prescription lenses into most of our designer frames. Simply select the 'Add Prescription' option on the product page to enter your details.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period for all non-prescription items. Products must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
